Dallas County Busted Mugshots is a private reference site, not a government office. We cannot confirm custody or release, free anyone, post bond, or retrieve an official booking record. Contact the government office responsible for the record.

These routes cover the most common requests:

  • For a mugshot or booking sheet, use the Dallas County records path and send a focused request to the sheriff when county-jail intake is confirmed.
  • For current local custody or a recent release, call the Dallas County Jail. A phone confirmation is not the same as receiving a record copy.
  • For a filed criminal case or final disposition, contact the Circuit Clerk or use Alabama Trial Court Records.
  • For a suspected warrant, follow the official direction summarized under Most Wanted Fugitives. An unserved arrest warrant is not public in Dallas County.
  • For a person sentenced and committed to state prison, use the Alabama Department of Corrections inmate search. It does not cover every new county booking.
  • For federal custody, use the Federal Bureau of Prisons locator. For immigration detention, use the ICE Online Detainee Locator System.
  • For a Selma arrest report, contact Selma Police; for Valley Grande, start with the sheriff; for Orrville, ask Town Hall which agency responded.
